Dr. Sándor Németh is a Hungarian attorney admitted to the Budapest Bar. He received his JD, cum laude, from University of Miskolc, Faculty of State and Legal Science in 2001. Dr. Németh has a BA diploma from the Budapest Business School (1997). He also attended the Summer Seminar on International Law and Human Rights at the University of Helsinki in 2000, and various trainings at the KPMG Academy Budapest, in 2003. Dr. Németh started his working experience as an associate at HR Department of AUDI Hungaria Motor Ltd (Gyõr, 1998-1999) and was an associate at Arday Law Firm (Budapest, 1999-2005) as well as assisted a legal transaction at JonesDay (London, May-June, 2003). Dr. Németh is president of the legal committee of the Hungarian Biotechnology Association. Dr. Németh joined the firm in 2005 and currently specializes in capital markets, corporate, biotech and property law. He is fluent in English and German.
