Simon has over fifteen years experience within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors and a broad experience of discovery and development, new product introduction, technology transfer and project management activities.
Simon currently works for PharmaMar in Madrid (Spain) as Medicinal Chemistry Manager within R&D, with responsibility for chemistry, analytical and pharmaceutical development activities.
Simon previously worked as a Project and Team Manager for GlaxoWellcome (now GSK) in the UK and Singapore, and was involved in technology transfer and late-stage development projects within Worldwide Manufacturing & Supply.
Simon holds a First Class Honours Degree in Chemistry from the University of Durham and a Doctorate in Organic Synthesis from the University of Oxford. |
