Damian Adams is a senior associate in the International Corporate Group and has been based in the Singapore office since January 2000. He advises on a wide range of cross-border corporate and commercial transactions in Asia including joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions and asset/business sales and purchases in the energy, transport and onshore/offshore oil and gas sectors. Damian also has experience of LSE main board listings and advises companies seeking admission to AIM. He is a key member behind the development of the firm’s AIM practice in Asia, a topic on which he regularly presents at conferences around the region.
