Alberto joined 3i as a Sector Partner in October, 2006 based in Singapore. His sector responsibility is Healthcare, specifically, medical technology, with Asia and growth capital as his geographic and business line focus respectively.
Before joining 3i, Alberto was a senior executive for 27 years with Baxter International, a leading medical supply and services company. From 1997 to 2001, he was President of Baxter Healthcare Asia and he has worked and taken on assignments in the US, Europe and Latin America. Alberto's healthcare experience covers medical devices, hospital pharmacy products, biopharmaceuticals and homecare services.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
